    Dr. Elvin Ruiz M.D., Medical Director of Hope TMS & Neuropsychiatric Center, is a Neuropsychiatrist who works with patients of all ages in private practice as a psychiatrist and/or psycho-pharmacologist. Dr. Ruiz's extensive experience treating patients with treatment-resistant depression has dictated his perspective and approach to treatment. Dr. Ruiz combines his knowledge and vast experience with empathy. He works diligently with all of his patients to fully and clearly educate them about their treatment options, so that together they can set up a successful plan that takes into account each individual's unique set of needs and preferences. His goals are to help each person maximize his or her potential for personal satisfaction, emotional and mental wellbeing, successful relationships and a meaningful life. His specialties include:
